First Step

To begin the commission process, please fill out this Google Form . Then, I can create the perfect, magical illustration for you. Now onto creating your magical illustration!

Drawing Process

Please allow 5-7 days for complete production time of your illustration. If you have a deadline, please include this in your completed questionnaire.

Sketch Phase

Please allow 1-3 days after you send your questionnaire to receive a watermarked rough sketch before execution of the final illustration. This is the opportunity to request 1-3 minor changes to things like shape/size of subjects, their placement, etc which will be incorporated in the final product to ensure satisfaction. Structural changes cannot be made after this step. Changes that are not included in the original questionnaire are not permitted and may occur additional charges.

Final Illustration

After the rough illustration has been approved, please allow 1-3 days to be sent a low-res watermarked illustration for approval. This is the Final Preview stage. This is the opportunity to request 1-3 minor changes to color. Once the illustration has been approved, the final high-res, watermark-free illustration will be e-mailed to the address provided. Changes or refunds are not permitted once you are sent the final, watermark-free illustration.

• 1 Art Print Specs: 8.5” x 11”

Tipping

Tipping is optional, of course! However, if you are extremely satisfied with the final illustration and enjoyed working with me, you may consider leaving a tip through option on this listing. Thank you so much, I appreciate your support!

Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline any requests at my discretion.

All art is done in my own creative style displayed in this posting and on my website.

All commission work ordered through this listing is for personal use only.

Additional charges may occur depending on the time, complexity or additional change requests. No art will be continued without agreement on pricing or charges.

I reserve the rights to my drawings and may post the illustration publicly for promotional purposes.

Refund Policy

Once an illustration reaches completion and the final, watermark-free illustration has been sent, it is no longer refundable. If a refund is issued, no final illustration will be given.

A 50% refund may be issued if order is canceled during the Sketch Phase. A 25% refund may be issued if the order is canceled at the Final Preview (watermarked) stage.

Refunds will be issued through Paypal or Venmo.

All refunded work may never be posted anywhere online, used or reproduced.

Please do not forget to credit me on any art you post on Social Media or online, which you have commissioned from me. Please tag me at @eilieastara so that others may know who the artist is and can find me if they wish to follow me or commission their very own!
