Zodiac Zine: A Guide to Astrology is a 70-page zine combining character illustration, graphic design, and informational content to explore Western and Chinese astrology. I designed 12 female and 12 male characters for the Western zodiac and 12 creatures for the Chinese zodiac, integrating them into a cohesive visual system with iconography, info-graphics, and symbolic elements that clarify complex astrological concepts. As illustrator, designer, and art director, I developed the zine’s layout, typography, color palette, and visual hierarchy, ensuring that each spread communicates information clearly while remaining visually engaging. This project demonstrates my ability to merge storytelling, visual identity, and educational design into a playful, conceptually cohesive, and approachable reference tool.
